Headquartered in Clear Lake, ITC provides service to over 15,000 customers in South Dakota and Minnesota. ITC purchased SSTelecom in February of 2005, and completely rebuilt the cable network to bring the most advanced fiber-optic technology available right here to Milbank.

Of course! You may either keep your existing phone number(s), or choose one of our new phone numbers (438-xxxx).
There are two parts of the installation process. First, ITC must connect you to the fiber-optic network by installing a fiber-optic cable up right to your home or business. This is called “putting in a drop.” It costs ITC a significant amount in labor and materials to connect you to the network, but we are offering it free of charge to customers interested in taking our phone, cable and Internet services. You don’t have to worry about damage to your yard! Our construction crew is very experienced and careful. We promise to leave your property just as we found it.
Once you’re connected to the network, we’ll schedule a time to turn-on all your phone, cable and Internet services. We can also your install additional phone or cable jacks at this time.
